Bodil Wolfspirit Fogstad MY SILENT AND HOLY NIGHT. (but can`t of course turn it up side down - what would my darlinh husband than say)? But the night has become my best time of the 24 ours. The world is asleep, the public is total, no mobile - / home phone rings, no crying or whining. I can work as lightworker and meditate and work without being disturbed. I do not know if I am alone in this I am writing, but I think it's more lightworkers out there like me. I work intensely and spend all my energy to heal and try to save this world, and of course heal and help those who ask for help. All this is my first priority. But it is not always easy during the day when everything around me can be an eternal bustle. I have difficulty setting limits and to those I try setting limits, do not really understand this meaning to be a lightworker - or what matters most to me in the world. (We are the only adultx here, my kids are grown and living their life). There is also a good deal of energy in the black of the immediate family who manage to break through all the protection I put around me - and that makes me physically ill ... What I meant here is that I sometimes get so tired of everything going on around me, is that I got knocked out and at times I just wanna sleep. Lightworkers bring in much - at least I do - I'm extremely sensitive, like a sponge that absorbs all ... But this is what I want, and nothing else. Verden sover, stilleheten er total, ingen mobil - / hjemmetelefoner ringer, ingen roper eller maser. Jeg kan få jobbe som lysarbeider og meditere og jobbe uten å bli forstyrret. Jeg vet ikke om jeg er alene om dette jeg nå skriver, men jeg tror det er flere som meg. Jeg jobber intenst og bruker all min energi for å heale og prøve å redde denne verden, og selvsagt også heale og hjelpe de som ber om hjelp. Alt dette er min første prioritet. Men det er ikke alltid like lett på dagtid da alt rundt en kan være et evig mas. Jeg har vanskelig for å å sette grenser og de jeg skal sette grenser for, forstår ikke helt dette med å være lysarbeider - eller det som betyr mest for meg i verden. (Vi er bare voksne her, ungene mine er voksne og lever sitt liv). Det er også en god del beksvart energi i nærmeste familie som klarer å bryte igjennom all beskyttelsen jeg setter rundt meg - og da blir jeg fysisk dårlig... Det jeg vil fram til her, er at jeg av og til blir så sliten av alt det som skjer rundt meg, er at jeg blir knocket ut og i perioder må jeg bare sove.Det er kroppens signaler på at hodet jobber mye og trenger hvile... Som i går - da bare sov jeg - men kjenner hvor god effekt det har på meg idag... Lysarbeidere tar inn mye - i hvertfall gjør jeg det - jeg er utrolig sensibel, som en svamp som suger til seg alt... Men det er dette jeg vil, og ingenting annet. Det er min oppgave jeg er tildelt i denne verden i dag, og som jeg selv har valgt å gå inn i... ♥♥ Men det er mye turbulent som skjer ute i verden og også i universet så av og til blir det en smule overveldende - for meg... Jeg kunne tenke meg andre lysarbeideres erfaringer angående dette - og høre hva de føler og opplever, og tar gjerne imot råd. Med glede. Nå våkner dagen snart, natten glir sakte over til det myke morgenlyset - og på andre siden av fjorden trer fargene fra den kommende soloppgangen fram, et vakkert fargekart i alt fra lys til mørk orange, rosa som går over til rødt - et tegn på at det blir en vakker dag...;-)))♥♥♥

Mais la nuit est devenue ma meilleure période du 24 nôtres. Le monde est endormi, le public est total, aucun - de mobile/à la maison des anneaux de téléphone, aucun pleurer ou pleurnicher. Je peux travailler comme lightworker et méditer et travailler sans être dérangé. Je ne sais pas si je suis seul en cela que j'écris, mais je pense que c'est plus de lightworkers dehors là comme moi. Je travaille intensément et dépense toute mon énergie pour guérir et pour essayer de sauver ce monde, et naturellement guéris et aide ceux qui demandent l'aide. Tout c'est ma première priorité. Mais il n'est pas toujours facile pendant le jour où tout autour de moi peut être un mouvement éternel. J'ai la difficulté fixer des limites et à ceux j'essaye de fixer des limites, ne comprends pas vraiment cette signification pour être un lightworker - ou quels sujets plus à moi dans le monde. (Nous sommes le seul adultx ici, mes enfants sont développés et vivants leur vie). Il y a également beaucoup d'énergie dans le noir de la famille immédiate qui parviennent à traverser toute protection que je mets autour de moi - et ce me fait physiquement la défectuosité… Ce qu'ai voulu dire ici j'est que je deviens parfois si fatigué de tout qui continue autour de moi, est que j'ai obtenu frappé dehors et parfois je veux juste dormir. Il est les signaux de votre corps que la tête fonctionne beaucoup et repos du besoin… Comme comme hier - j'ai dormi le jour de trou - mais sachez combien d'effet positif il a sur moi aujourd'hui

Lightworkers apportent beaucoup - au moins je - que je suis extrêmement sensible, comme une éponge qui absorbe tous… Mais est ce ce que je veux, et rien autrement. Il est mon me chargent suis assigné en ce monde d'aujourd'hui, et que j'ai choisi de joindre le po. .. le ♥ mais lui de ♥ est se produire beaucoup turbulent dans le monde et également dans l'univers, tellement parfois ce devient un peu accablant - pour moi… Je voudrais quoi entendre comment d'autres lightworkers éprouve considérer ceci - et écoute ce que se sentent ils et expérience, et fais bon accueil à tous conseils. Avec plaisir. Maintenant se réveille bientôt, la nuit glisse lentement plus d'à la lumière molle de matin - et de l'autre côté du fjord prend des couleurs du prochain lever de soleil en avant, une belle carte couleur s'étendant de la lumière à orange-foncé, rose au rouge - un signe que ce sera un beau jour
